Draft terms for the proposed Bomtack campaign service.
The proposed service
Bomtack is being designed as a local advertising platform. The proposed $5 campaign includes seven complete days in the home gallery, one post on each supported social channel and one sponsored article on Bomtack.
The live purchase should identify the supported social channels, the $5 package price, applicable taxes and the confirmed delivery window before payment.
Advertiser content
Advertisers would provide their flyer and accurate business, offer, location, and contact information. They must have permission to use the supplied images, logos, and other materials.
The proposed permission would cover displaying and distributing the approved campaign content through the agreed channels. Ownership of supplied materials stays with the owner; the final license language still needs review.
Review and scheduling
A live campaign requires confirmed payment, content review and an available schedule. A submitted campaign is not automatically published.
The gallery placement lasts seven complete days from the confirmed start. Social posts and articles can remain available after the gallery placement ends, subject to removal or provider availability.
Pricing and payments
The proposed price is $5 per campaign. Live prices and applicable taxes must be shown at checkout. A new campaign requires a separate purchase.
All sales are final. Campaign purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. Customers must acknowledge the policy before continuing to checkout. Campaign purchases are intended to be one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Paid media budgets and custom flyer design are outside the proposed package.
Delivery and results
Delivery records should distinguish scheduled, published, failed and cancelled actions. Supported social channels and scheduling availability should be confirmed before a live sale.
A campaign does not promise sales, leads, a particular number of clicks or social reach. Repeated views and contact clicks are not the same as unique customers or completed sales.
