No refunds

Advertising campaign purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. Review your flyer, homepage ad, article, social caption and total before paying.

A change of mind, a request to remove an ad, or dissatisfaction with campaign results does not qualify for a refund. Bomtack does not guarantee sales, leads, clicks, or social reach.

Corrections and delivery issues

If content needs correction or a delivery has a technical issue, contact support with your campaign reference. The team will review the issue and available correction or delivery options. This does not create a general refund entitlement.

Payment errors

Report a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge so it can be checked against actual payment records. Any correction or refund required by law remains available.
